Day 1-2
Pre-Install. Pool Layout.
In this phase we layout the pool in your back yard with our template layout system. We can move the pool location within the back yard to meet your specific pool placement. Many times the first location may not be the optimal spot. No problem. We just move the template. This gives you the perfect visual placement of the pool before we dig.
Excavation
This can take up to 2 days depending
on soil conditions, lot size, and dirt removal.
We realize not all lots are the same
so we size the excavation equipment accordingly.
Day 3-4
Set Grade, Set Pool, and Fill
Once the pool is set to grade we start
filling. Depending on the pool size and water pressure, this can take up to 2
days. Once the pool is filled, you can take the first dip.
Day 5-6
Grade for Deck, Set Equipment, Install Electrical Service and Test Plumbing
All pools are installed to
International building codes. All plumbing and electrical are tested. Pool
chemistry is tested for alkalinity level, Ph balance, and chlorine.
Day 7-10
Pour Concrete Deck and Kool Deck Surface Finish
The deck is in the final phase of
construction. We pore the concrete and Spray Deck.
Spray Deck is cool to the touch even in hot sunlight. It is available in multiple colors and patterns.
